My student received recognition for an award designation they do not qualify for.

f you or your student believes they were incorrectly recognized for one of the three award designations on their certificate, please instruct the student to email us at [email protected] or call 855-283-3815. They should confirm which award designation they wish to remove from their account, and we will then guide them through the necessary steps to do so.
