Why might a qualifying student not be invited to claim an award(s)?

There are a few reasons why a qualifying student may not receive an email invitation from BigFuture to claim an award(s). The two most common reasons are that the information required for eligibility is incomplete in a student’s College Board account (e.g., student didn’t disclose parental education) or the student has already been previously recognized for the award. A student can be recognized for multiple award designations but may only receive recognition for a specific designation once.
