Build Your Vision
About This Step
Students who create a vision board on BigFuture by adding images to a digital canvas, completing the guided reflection, completing the statement validation, and reaching the overview page will earn monthly entries for $500 and $40,000 scholarship drawings. The earlier you build your vision board, the more chances you’ll have at winning.
Once you have your personalized vision board, you can revisit it, evolve it, and use it to ground your choices for college and a career in what you care about.
How to Qualify
- Log in to your College Board account.
- Build a vision board with images that reflect your interests and what you value.
- Complete the brief guided reflection.
- Complete the statement validation.
- Reach the overview page and remember to revisit and evolve your vision board throughout high school.
Dates and Deadlines
Scholarships for $500 and $40,000 are awarded monthly until winter of your senior year. Completing any step enters you in the drawings on the first day of every month.
Class of 2029 deadline to complete this step: Friday, November 30, 2028
Increase Your Chances
Students whose families earn less than $60,000 a year have double the chances at winning a scholarship with two entries earned per step completed. Half of all awards are reserved for students who meet this income criterion.
