BigFuture School Mobile App Score Information

My score isn’t in the app. Why not? 

Only your scores from the PSAT/NMSQT®, PSAT™ 10, or SAT® in-school administration that you took during school are available in the BigFuture School mobile app. Any other paper in-school assessments or weekend assessments are available, as always, in your College Board account. 

  • PSAT/NMSQT scores were released in November 2023. 
  • PSAT 10 and SAT School Day student scores will be available: 
    • April 4 for tests taken March 4−15 
    • April 18 for tests taken March 18−29 
    • May 2 for tests taken April 1−12 
    • May 16 for tests taken April 15−26 

Where’s my score? 

Only your scores from the digital PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT 10, or SAT in-school administration that you took during school are available in the BigFuture School mobile app. Any other paper in-school assessments or weekend assessments are available, as always, in your College Board account.

I’m in the app, but it is saying another name / the score doesn’t match what is on my PDF or in my personal College Board account. 

Try signing out and back into the app. 

  • To sign out, go to app settings by clicking the person icon in the top right of the screen. 
  • Click on Sign Out. 
  • Close and reopen the app, reopen the app, and follow the prompts to sign back in. If you share your mobile device with a family member or friend, you’ll be asked to provide your recovery email address to sign in.

I’m in the app, but it says my scores are still being processed. 

Your score will be updated automatically in the app when it becomes available. Check back later. If you have questions about your score, contact your school counselor. 

I only see the score for the PSAT/NMSQT I took in October 2023 or SAT in-school administration or PSAT 10 I took in March/April 2024. Where are all my other scores?
