Meet the Speakers:
Christy P. Conley, Ed.D., School Counselor
Christy Payne Conley is a dedicated and compassionate school counselor who has dedicated her career to nurturing the academic, emotional, and social growth of students. With a heart full of empathy and a passion for learning, Christy is a beacon of support and guidance for both students and their families.
Dr. Conley attended the University of Georgia, earning her BA in Psychology in 1999. She continued to earn a Master of Education in School Counseling through Columbus State University and a Doctor of Education in Counseling Psychology with Argosy University in 2006. Christy has worked as a public school counselor since 2002. In Fall 2005, she joined the North Oconee High School and currently serves as the lead counselor. She is a member of several professional organizations and a regular presenter at regional and national conferences.
Antonio T. Grissom, Sr., M.Ed., School Counselor
Antonio T. Grissom, Sr., M.Ed., is a Professional School Counselor at Global Impact STEM Academy with nearly 20 years of experience in K-12 education, student support services, and program leadership. He specializes in college and career readiness, academic advising, and strategic program development. Antonio is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at Mercer University, focusing on advancing best practices in school counseling.
