Dr. Brian Landisi
Director, Student Intervention and Accountability, Glendale Unified School District
Brian Landisi is a district administrator in Glendale Unified and manages intervention services across twenty school sites with an emphasis on building literacy skills for all students. Also, he is responsible for all national, state and local assessments as well as the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP)--the District's strategic plan. Dr. Landisi taught all levels of high school Spanish, including Advanced Placement, and advised a nationally award-winning yearbook program. He has served as an assistant principal and principal at a highly regarded science and technology magnet high school, which was ranked in the top 1% of high schools in the nation by US News & World Report and achieved California Distinguished School status in three consecutive award cycles during his tenure. Dr. Landisi is committed to broadening access to high-quality learning experiences for students and preparing them to take the next steps in their academic journey.
Tracey M. Morman
Director of Counseling/College & Career Readiness Title IX Coordinator at Amarillo ISD
Tracey Morman is the Director of Counseling/College & Career Readiness at Amarillo Independent School District (AISD), where she provides leadership for a diverse team of counselors and programs. With 30 years of educational experience, she has worked with Advanced Placement (AP) as a teacher, counselor, and administrator in various Texas Panhandle school districts. As the Lead Counselor at Caprock High School, she was instrumental in bringing SAT and PSAT testing to the campus. In her district-level role, she expanded the SAT suite of assessments across AISD, helping to increase AP participation by more than 60% and improve diversity within the program.
A proud alumna of Texas Tech University, Tracey holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, a Master of Arts in psychology, and a Master of Education in administration.
Tracey frequently presents at state and national conferences on topics such as counselor/principal relationships, financial aid, college enrollment, and trauma-informed support. She currently serves as the Chair of the Counseling and Admission Council with the College Board and collaborates closely with colleges and universities to ensure readiness and access for all students.
Beyond her professional roles, Tracey is committed to community service. She has served on the MS Society Leadership Council for the Panhandle Region, the FEMA board, the Texas Panhandle Center Disaster Mental Health Team, and the District Emergency Response Team. She has been proactive in implementing trauma-informed supports and raising awareness about the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). She also serves on the Board of Directors for her region's Children’s Advocacy Center.

Chapman University
Armen currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment at Chapman University. He leads the undergraduate admission team and broadly influences institutional policies and decisions related to recruitment, admission, financial aid, advising and enrollment. Originally from Denver, CO Armen completed his BS in 2006 and MBA in 2010 at Chapman and has been working in higher education administration for 19 years.

Director of School Climate & College Counselor
Herbie Walker is a nationally recognized college admissions expert with over 20 years of experience helping students earn admission to the most competitive universities in the country. His students have been recently accepted to Harvard, Yale, Princeton, MIT, Columbia, Cornell, Brown’s BS/MD program, UCLA, USC, NYU, UT Austin, Baylor, Harvey Mudd, and Southern Methodist University (SMU), among many others.
A trusted leader in the field, Herbie is the past President and board member of the Western Association for College Admission Counseling (WACAC), where he represented hundreds of high schools and universities for more than a decade. He also has served on national and university advisory boards for the College Board, Marquette University, the University of Arizona, and the University of Tampa, and has evaluated applications as a reader for the University of San Diego and UC Irvine.
