The PSAT/NMSQT is more than just practice for the SAT – you’ll learn about the numerous benefits, like entering the National Merit Scholarship program. You’ll also learn how students access their scores with the BigFuture School mobile app, which puts college and career planning at your teen’s fingertips. We’ll tackle questions like:

Guest Speakers
Christy P. Conley, Ed.D.
Christy Conley is a dedicated and compassionate school counselor who has dedicated her career to nurturing the academic, emotional, and social growth of students. With a heart full of empathy and a passion for learning, Christy is a beacon of support and guidance for both students and their families.
Dr. Conley attended the University of Georgia, earning her BA in Psychology in 1999. She continued to earn a Master of Education in School Counseling through Columbus State University and a Doctor of Education in Counseling Psychology with Argosy University in 2006. Christy has worked as a public school counselor since 2002. In Fall 2005, she joined the North Oconee High School and currently serves as the lead counselor. She is a member of several professional organizations and a regular presenter at regional and national conferences.
Sarah Elaman
Sarah Elaman has worked in education for 18 years as a teacher and a school counselor. During that time, she has served as the School Testing Coordinator for PSAT, SAT, and AP exams and helped students plan for their postsecondary goals. She is passionate about helping students explore their options for the future and realize their potential.
Blake Slyter
As an Enrollment Strategy Analyst with Arizona State University, Blake Slyter helps shape ASU’s campus-immersion enrollment strategy—with a focus on lead generation, university-to-student engagement, merit aid optimization, and college goal fulfillment.
Blake has worked in the education management industry for more than a decade, and he has completed degrees at Chapman University (BA, Leadership and Organization Studies) and Arizona State University (MS, Program Evaluation and Data Analytics).
