Now:

1. Open the email from Scholarship America, which distributes the awards on behalf of BigFuture. Don’t see the email? Contact them at [email protected].
2. Register: Use the personalized link in the email to create an account with Scholarship America.
3. Complete verification paperwork in your account: confirm your information and that you are eligible for this award.

Spring of senior year:

1. Open the email from Scholarship America. Don’t see the email? Contact them at [email protected]
2. Review your information and communicate your plans: Provide your home address and the name of the school where you plan to enroll.
   Important! You must complete this step even if you are deferring your enrollment or uncertain of your plans. You may enter “undecided.”
3. $40,000 winners only: indicate the amount of funding you’d like to request for your first year (e.g.: $10,000 for the first year).

Before you enroll: you'll receive a check from Scholarship America made payable to the school you plan to attend.
