How will you verify that a student has completed these eligibility steps?

Class of 2027 and 2028

When students are logged in to their College Board account, the BigFuture dashboard automatically verifies a student’s activity for four of the six steps:

• Start Your Career List
• Start Your College List
• Start Your Scholarship List
• Strengthen Your College List

Two of the six steps take place outside of the College Board’s BigFuture website:

• Complete the FAFSA
• Apply to Colleges 

To confirm the completion of those steps and qualify for a scholarship drawing entry, students will be prompted to provide additional information, such as submitting screenshots of confirmation emails they received. 

Class of 2029

When students are logged in to their College Board account, the BigFuture dashboard automatically verifies a student’s activity for the following steps:

• Take the College Quiz
• Start Your College List
• Start Your Career List
• Find Your College Fit
• Start Your Scholarship List
