BigFuture Ambassador Program FAQ

FAQ

Can I sign up to be a BigFuture Ambassador on my own?

Some participants share BigFuture School themselves, while others choose to team up with their fellow students. Some students have even formed Ambassador Clubs and work with a school faculty member for help with scheduling space or other needs. We provide resources and hold regular meetings to help you share BigFuture School. It is up to you to decide who else to involve from your school.

What if I can’t post on social media or join Discord?

If you don’t post on social media or join Discord, participation in the program may be challenging. Ambassadors do everything they can to share BigFuture often with as many people as possible. Every Ambassador will have their own link to share with friends. If you don’t use social media, sharing your link and participating in Ambassador programming will be hard. Ambassadors also use Discord to stay in touch with each other and the BigFuture team.

Why do students become Ambassadors?

Past Ambassadors stepped up because they wanted to help their friends. They also appreciated the recognition they earn for their leadership. BigFuture will notify your school if you’re selected for the program. You can also include this activity on your college applications or resume. Ambassadors can earn merch by taking action to share free college and career resources with classmates and caring adults.

Why is there an application to be in the program?

The demand for this program is greater than the number of students we’re able to support, which is why we have an application. We hope to grow more in the future. If you’re not accepted to participate this term, we encourage you to apply again in the future and sign up for BigFuture Live and our other programs.
