Requirements
  • This program is open to high school seniors and adults enrolled in a technical or vocational training program.
  • Applicants must have been NCSF beneficial members for at least 2 years with a permanent form of insurance, annuity, or at least $10,000 term insurance.
  • Selection is based on that essay, academic achievement, character, leadership, and service to school and community.
