The Aiea General Hospital Association Scholarship is for residents of the Leeward area on Oahu Island in Hawai'i who are studying for a degree in a health-related field. Recipients demonstrating financial need are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year, those who will return to work in Hawai'i in fields in which there are current shortages, and whose GPA is between 2.5-3.75.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2.50 GPA
  • Resident of Alea, Ewa Beach, Kapolei, Pearl City, Waianae, or Waipahu, Hawaii
  • Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree fulltime
  • Studying for a degree in a healthrelated field
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year, those who will return to work in Hawai'i in fields in which there are current shortages, and whose GPA is between 2.53.75.
