The Bertha M. Fase Memorial Scholarship program is available to graduating seniors from Grand Haven High School in Michigan. Students seeking a bachelor's degree in elementary education are encouraged to apply. Applicants who demonstrate an interest in youth through volunteer mentoring or who are members of St. Paul's United Church of Christ will be given special consideration.
