The Chamber of Commerce Scholarship recognizes nontraditional students who are residents of Rock County, or South Beloit, Illinois, and who are devoted to pursuing higher education. Students who participate in community service, have work experience, and are seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor’s degree are encouraged to apply.
