The Chamber of Commerce Scholarship recognizes nontraditional students who are residents of Rock County or South Beloit in Illinois who have a devotion to the pursuit of higher education despite obstacles. Students who participate in community service, have work experience and are seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are welcome to apply.
