Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of California, Oregon, and Washington who have a documented disability or impairment, including a physical, cognitive, or learning disability.
  • Eligible disabilities include, but are not limited to, autism, deafblindness, deafness, developmental delay, emotional disturbance, hearing impairment, intellectual disability, multiple disabilities, orthopedic impairment, other health impairment, specific learning disability, speech or language impairment, traumatic brain injury, or visual impairment.
  • Applicants must be entering or attending a college, university, community college, or trade school in any state as a fulltime undergraduate or graduate student.
  • They must be able to demonstrate outstanding community involvement and motivation to attend postsecondary education in order to further their ability to contribute to society.
  • Financial need and academic merit are not considered in the selection process.
