  • This program is open to residents of Ohio who are enrolled or planning to enroll at a college, university, or trade/technical school in the state.
  • Applicants must be preparing for a career in the crude oil or natural gas industry, based on a major in a wide range of fields in business, engineering, and technology, life sciences, or the liberal arts.
  • They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
