The Oklahoma Youth with Promise Scholarship is available to high school graduates or GED recipients who have been in the Oklahoma DHS custody foster care system or have aged out at the time of obtaining a GED. Students seeking a certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree are welcome to apply.
