Rhode Island Golf Course Superintendents Association Employee Scholarship provides financial assistance to employees of Rhode Island Golf Course Superintendents Association (RIGCSA) superintendents who are working on an undergraduate degree related to turfgrass at a school in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to employees of a RIGCSA superintendent who have been employed for at least 2 seasons.

Applicants must be enrolled as fulltime sophomores, juniors, or seniors at an accredited 2- or 4-year turfgrass program at a college or university in any state.

They must be sponsored by an active RIGCSA member; members may sponsor only 1 applicant per year.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
