AP Credit Policy

The College Entrance Examination Board Advanced Placement Program allows high school students to earn college credit for high school work. Students usually take a high school honors course to prepare for the national AP exams each May. Advanced placement exams are offered in a number of academic disciplines. For an AP test that does not appear on the AP Exam Score chart, WVC will grant a maximum of 5 elective credits for a score of 3 or higher.
